ABOUT US
Burt Hudson Real Estate Ltd. Brokerage is a family-oriented brokerage with Justin Hudson as President and Broker of Record, Tracie Hudson as Office Administrator, and Burt and Kathryn Hudson acting as Broker and Office Assistant respectively.
We are long-term members of the Rideau-St. Lawrence Real Estate Board. Burt, Kathryn and Justin have all served as directors on the board. In 2001, Justin was the youngest president to have ever served as president.
Our entire family proudly lives in the Athens-Charleston area. There is no other place that we would rather be!
COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT
We are charter members of the Athens and District Chamber of Commerce with our highest priority being making Athens and area a fine place in which to live and raise a family.

Justin, Tracie, Burt and Kathryn are all personally involved in community activities such as Minor Hockey, Athens Skating Club, Minor Ball, Cloverleaf Hockey, Farmersville Exhibition, Athens Lions Club, Township of Athens Heritage Society, Athens Blooms, Joshua Bates Performing Arts Committee, Athens Minor Soccer, and Co-ed Softball.
